March Update:

Mini Bike World Championship: 2nd Place Finish

Cool Fab Championship: 10th Place Finish

Jake and his dad traveled to Finestrat, Spain to race in the World Championships for a week – where Jake finished a very credible 2nd in the Mini Bike World Championship. Naturally his parents, sponsors and supporters are very pleased for him and proud of his achievements there – so a big well done Jake!

They then moved on to the first round of the Cool Fab Racing event in Llandow, South Wales, where a challenging set of weather conditions worked Jake hard for his impressive 1st place dry and 4th place wet qualifying positions. Unfortunately for Jake, after pushing too hard to gain 1st place in the main event, the damp conditions proved too much and he came off… and even though he did well to get back on and finish, he had to settle for the consolation of Championship points as he finished up in 10th place.

In the next two races Jake after Llandow, Jake finished 3rd – receiving two bronze medals on the podium. The highlight of these was of course being presented the medals by none other than Kawasaki BSB rider Filip Blacklund, there enjoying day’s hospitality with his full race team!
